Total Body Trifecta Fitness Studio

July was an amazing month at our studio with members of New York City Ballet teaching six sold out classes and the laughter of children ages 4-6 participating in our Total Body Tots program on Tuesday mornings!  Don’t you just love summer?

Schedule changes:  Due to low attendance (only an average of 3 people) and instructor injury and vacations, we are temporarily cancelling the Sunday morning yoga class until the Fall.  The last class will be Sunday, July 25th with Ellen.  If you are interested in a Sunday morning class returning in September, please fill out the survey at the bottom of this newsletter and return it to Mary Anne by August 10th.  Thank you.

Due to Mary Anne’s vacations, the following schedule changes will occur during July and August:  July 21 and August 4 Wednesdays 6:25-7:10pm – Cardio Caliente with Mary Anne; July 26 and August 16 Mondays 6:25-7:25pm - Beginner Ballet with Nicole Kadar; July 28 and August 18 5:20-6:20pm – Absolute Beginner Pilates with Linda; August 7 Saturday 8:30 & 9:15am – Renee; August 14 Saturday 8:30 & 9:15 – Suzi; and August 17 Tuesday 9:00 Sculpt – Donna.

Instructor News:  Simone had hip replacement surgery and is recovering slowly at home.  She would appreciate phone calls, cards (9 Schallen Road, Saratoga Springs, 12866) and visits.  Meals would also be appreciated since her mobility is limited:  green salad, multigrain pasta, 3 bean salad, brown rice, meat loaf, shrimp salad, ziti, lasagna, and ethnic foods are her favorites.

Patti O’Rourke, longtime instructor and friend of Trifecta, has retired and will be relocating to Florida in the near future.  We will miss her intense workouts:  8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1!

VFP Club:  Only 5 members achieved VFP status in June:  Nancy Ruzzo (16), Linda H-Opiteck (19), Flo Glasser (22), Catherine Golden (22) and Sgt. Sharon (18).  All get a free bottle of water.
