Cardiovascular Endurance: Aerobics |

HI/LO – easy to follow choreography that offers options for both hi and low impact moves.

INTERVALOCITY – alternating intervals of aerobics & sculpting for a fast-paced workout.

LOW IMPACT – no jumping necessary to get your heart pumping in this fun cardio workout.

CARDIO CALIENTE – put some salsa in your step. A HOT workout for all ability levels.

KICK I.T.– uses the punches and kicks from martial arts. Release your stress in this fun and challenging cardio workout that mixes cardio with bouts of sculpting.
Cardiovascular Endurance: Step |

STEP & CRUNCH – 45 minutes of step followed by core training and a stretch.

DIMENSIONAL STEP – multiple steps are used in one of the following patterns: horizontal, vertical, double step or circular. A real challenge!.

STEP I.T. UP – alternating intervals of step and upper body sculpting for a fun & complete workout. Uses a variety of props for the sculpting portion.
Muscular Endurance and Strength |

TOTAL BODY SCULPT – isolates opposing muscle groups using a variety of props and multiple sets with higher reps to build muscular endurance.
2. BALLS, BALANCE AND BEYOND – build core strength using a stability ball and other props.
Bring your own stability ball or reserve one in advance. Bring your own sticky mat.
3. NEW YORK CITY BALLET WORKOUT – ballet movements are used to develop strength,
balance and tone. Uses music from the NYCB repertory. No ballet experience needed.
Concludes with a movement combination inspired by the ballets of New York City Ballet.

STRETCH FUSION – a fusion of stretching yoga, pilates and tai chi. Soothing music, candles, aromatherapy and a meditative reading relieve your stress.

GENTLE YOGA – postures, cleansing and deep breaths, self-massage and a final meditation for all ability levels. Bring your own sticky mat.

PILATES MAT INTERMEDIATE – core stabilization exercises based on the work of Joseph Pilates that concentrates on the abs, back, gluteals and adductors. This workout is for clients who have previous Pilates experience. Bring your own sticky mat.

BEGINNER PILATES MAT – Learn the basic mat series of exercises based on the work of Joseph Pilates. Bring your own sticky mat and stability ball.

INTERMEDIATE BALLET – adults and teens welcome for barre, placement and center work.
Fridays at 7:00pm and Sundays at 12:15pm; Raul Martinez $12 walkins

MIDDLE EASTERN BELLY DANCING – open class for all ages. Wednesdays at 7:15pm.
8 week session taught by Sabreen Samman. Begins 7/9. $12 walkins or 8 classes for $80.

10 class cards expire two months from date of purchase. 5 class cards expire one month from date of purchase. Class card members should have their instructor mark their card each time they attend class. All memberships are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Only a doctor’s note will extend or freeze a membership’s expiration date.
